EVERGREEN IRONING PRICE LIST

Evergreen Ironing prices are grouped into "time categories" reflecting how long it takes to iron a particular item.

Item "time categories" are calculated on the industry benchmark time it should take a Professional Ironer to iron any given garment.

The fairest pricing reflects the time it takes a skilled ironer to iron any given item. For that purpose this pricelist groups items by the time it takes to iron any given item.

Garments requiring LESS preparation and ironing time than normal may be moved down a category (ie from B to A) at the ironers discretion to better reflect the time taken to complete the garment.

Garments requiring MORE preparation and ironing time than normal may be moved up a category (ie from D to E) at the ironers discretion to better reflect the time taken to complete the garment.


A - $1.89
Hankies; napkins; place mats; t-towels; some infant clothes and other garments of a similar ironing time requirement.

B - $3.75
T-shirts & polos; some infant & children’s clothes; some shorts & leggings; some pyjama pants; some pillow cases; some aprons; some overlays and other garments of a similar ironing time requirement.

C - $4.85
School shirts; long sleeved polos & sloppy Joes; windcheaters, jumpers & hoodies; some shorts, pyjama pants, track-suit pants, easy slacks & jeans; some plain skirts; easy dresses; some pyjama tops & nighties; some pillow cases; some aprons; small table cloths; some overlays and other garments of a similar ironing time requirement.

D - $5.50
Most men’s shirts; short sleeved ladies’ blouses; some school and simple dresses; most pants; some skirts or culottes; some pyjama tops & nighties; some table cloths and other garments of a similar ironing time requirement.

E - $6.39
Some men’s shirts (silk, linen or dinner shirts); long sleeved ladies’ blouses; most jackets; some pants (linen, cargo); some skirts (frilled or pleated); some nighties; and other garments of a similar ironing time requirement.

F - $14.89
Most dresses; some pleated & full circle skirts; some elaborate nighties; most table cloths; most bed sheets; some small doona covers and other garments of a similar ironing time requirement.

G - $20.84
Elaborate dresses (linen or silks, frilled or pleated); most doona covers; large and banquet size or elaborate lace table cloths and other garments of a similar ironing time requirement.

EXTRAS

Pick up and delivery - $5.00
A flat fee of $5.00 per booking covers both pick up and delivery.

Starch
If you would like Starch, please provide your preferred starch with your ironing.

Hangers
Please provide your own hangers with your ironing.

Replacement Hangers
When there are not enough hangers provided, recycled hangers are supplied for free.

Replacement Hangers
When there are not enough hangers provided and no recycled hangers available, new enamel hangers will be used.
